• Charleston City FC wants to create a new soccer culture in the Charleston area. 

• Develop the grassroots and players with the right skill set from the beginning 
• Help develop a player's understanding of the game, teach teamwork, ball control, agility and develop each player’s individual skill 
• Promote each individual skill that each player will need to excel 
• Employ a FUTSAL program as a base of development to all ages and levels of the club
